I was browsing through Barrio Siete, my new good (or is it bad) habit? I found a recent entry by La Kapitana about another blogger and writer for the Barrio, Mel was caught in a very very very bad incident.
Thank God for Miracles. When you call on Him, surely He will answer us! Thank God for technology too, Mel was able to relay the incident by sending La Kapitana an email.

hirap talaga ng trabaho nya kahit sabihin mong may kasama kang poprotekta e. pero buti at ok na si madam mel
Nagulat ako habang nagbabasa ng mga comments. Haaay. Ang hirap talagang kumita.
Tama ka mabuti na lang ok na siya.
Oo! at that time, i was fixing the new template and it was holidays pa kamo here in the States. I was not able to go home to Philadelphia kasi sa uber busy, I forgot to buy tickets, kaya the whole weekend, I was just here. Eto na – biglang ~clink~ email from Mel. Leche! mamamatay ako sa takot! hahaha!
I texted him, no answer, I called him, no signal, finally, he emailed na pwede na and I called him, right. Andun sa policia, lecheng ingay dun hahaha kala ko me rata-tat pa hehe and his voice was like totally takot pa hahaha!
Super Gurl si Mel, nginu-nguya ang bala. His sister left a message dun sa entry that this was his 3rd time daw. Grabe!!!
Ngayon ko lang talag nabigyang pansin ang nangyari kay Mel. Milagrong tunay.
Miracles do happen!
Mas ligtas si mel kung dito sa Planet of the Apes mag trabaho. lol!
